Yeah, the kneeling must be the cause of their sucking rather than they have shown since Manning retired that they aren’t a good team without a good QB. Never mind other teams that did the same kneeling thing and are doing well since then. Must be punishment they are specifically getting from some imaginary god that cares about a football team in Colorado but not actually important things going on in the world.

    Come on, Tony.

Thinking is very difficult for Rob.

Prior to kneeling they had won six in a row. Since kneeling they have lost three out of four. Rob blames this on the departure of Manning two years ago.

How about just posting “First!” every time Tony publishes something? If you make it in time nobody in the whole world will dispute your primacy.

    • AndyG55 says:

      Poor Robby,

Your EMPTY life must really suck !!!

    • Andy DC says:

The Broncos suck because their QB sucks. If they were smart, they should go after Kirk Cousins once the season is over.

    • AndyG55 says:

You do realise that kneeling is a sign of SUBMISSION, don’t you Rob.

These fools are SUBMITTING to the American flag.. back to before the civil war.

A real American looks WITH PRIDE and FELLOWSHIP at their flag,

not with grovelling slave-like submission…. no wonder they are becoming LOSERS.

I guess you haven’t noticed that Tony points out statistics and trends….”Never mind other teams that did the same kneeling thing and are doing well since then”… to prove it? Since we’re discussing football, you’re an awesome armchair quarterback rob….maybe you need to start your own blog and show us how it’s done….

    • Colorado Wellington says:

True, but Rob’s fixation is not on football. His idée fixe is “imaginary god”.

That’s his field of expertise. And other important things in the world. He’s a serious man.

  3. Pathway says:

I’ve been taking a knee on the Broncos.

  4. Winnipegboy says:

Football is a team sport. If you won’t ‘stand’ with your team mates then you are not a team player. No team in any sport will be successful if it is just made up of individuals.
These kneelers are stating that they are not like their team mates. That is poison.
The NFL let that poison leak everywhere and it has damaged the brand immeasurably.
I for 1, am out. I’m not even from this country and the disrespect to the Vets offends me.
They have the right to kneel. I have the right to not watch.

  5. Don E says:

The 49ers started this and they have lost all six games so far.

  6. TA says:

I find it ironic that because of falling viewer ratings, the NFL has decided not to broadcast the National Anthem, so these protests are no longer seen by the tv viewers. So what’s the point?

They are going to ruin pro-football if they are not careful. The stadiums are already emptying out. If the players keep it up, it will only get worse. I see where Jerry Jones capitulated when one of his players raised a fist at yesterday’s game. Jerry said players who did that would not play, but this player went on to play in the game. Jerry Jones’s word is worthless. Had I known that, I would not have watched the Cowboy’s game, although they are my favorite team. The players better wake up. Leave football out of their protests.

There is supposed to be a general boycott of the pro football games that take place around Veteran’s Day weekend in November. Let’s see how that develops.

I heard a claim that President Trump was the one who blew this protest up into a big thing with his denunciation of the kneelers at a speech in Atlanta. I wonder if the spectacle of seeing eighth grade football players kneeling earlier in the day, caused Trump to say what he did. It looked to me like the National Anthem protests are aleady out of hand when eight-graders are doing it.

When you have eighth-graders doing such stupid things, it is time to speak out against it. I don’t know that the kids behavior (encouraged by stupid adults) was what set Trump off but I wouldn’t be surprised.

Trump is right to criticize these kneelers. It started out as direct disrepect for the U.S. by Kaepnick because that’s what he said he was doing: Showing disrespect because of the oppression of blacks by the U.S. government and the wholesale killing of innocent blacks by white police officers.

Of course, none of this is true, Kaepernick has been listening to Obama and Al Sharpton, and other race baiters, too much, and they lie about the situation.

The statistics don’t back up the oppression claims or the innocent blacks killed by white cops claims. Black Lives Matter is based on a lie: That Michael Brown threw his hands up in the air and said “Don’t shoot” and then the cop shot him. The truth is Michael Brown attacked the cop and got killed for his efforts. Most of the “innocent black men” Kaepernick refers to are not so innocent.

The only people oppressing the Black Community are their Democrat Party masters and young, black criminals.

Now the kneelers are backtracking and claiming they are not disrespecting the flag. Sorry, but it looks like disrespect to me. It’s also showing disrespect for the football fans. Don’t be surprised if that backfires on you.
