Cage Match : Climate Experts Vs. Reality

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”

– Joseph Goebbels

Temperatures in Greenland and Iceland warmed cyclically until the 1930s, cooled through the 1970s, warmed until about ten years ago – and are now declining again.

During the 1930s, scientists said the Arctic was melting rapidly,  glaciers were collapsing, and predicted 50 feet of sea level rise which would “wipe half of England from the map.

“It may without exaggeration be said that the glaciers, like those in Norway, face the possibility Of a catastrophic collapse”

One day the great Polar icecaps may melt—raising the level of the oceans from 40 to 50 feet, and wiping half of England from the map.

Times have changed, and Greenland is gaining ice now.

NASA and the rest of team climate fraud responded to this quite predictably, by cooling the past and declaring the increase in ice to be the fastest melt on record – and accelerating.

Global warming normally occurs someplace where people don’t live and won’t bother to check. In places where people actually live, experts declare the cold weather to be a caused by global warming.

Without exaggeration, innuendo, data manipulation, and wild speculation there wouldn’t be much to Klimate Psyience. Anyone buying into this nonsense has the mind of a child.

I don’t think the climate is any different today than it’s been for the last 150 years except possibly better. Games of chance are similar in probabilistic respects. In the long run, the house rules and yet Vegas is full of players.

I don’t know how anyone can look at the weather in the USA from about 1850 to 1940 and not realize we live in relative calm times. Especially considering the population increase is what makes storms today ‘worse’. There’s just more for a weaker weather event to wreck. I can only conclude they don’t look at the past.

Even though I have my doubts, just to be on the safe side, I am going to stop eating Organic Food and go back to eating at McDonalds.

Organic food worse for the climate?

This is the finding of a new international study involving Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, published in the journal Nature.

The researchers developed a new method for assessing the climate impact from land-use, and used this, along with other methods, to compare organic and conventional food production. The results show that organic food can result in much greater emissions.

“Our study shows that organic peas, farmed in Sweden, have around a 50 percent bigger climate impact than conventionally farmed peas.

If you want to help, write your Senator and Representative about Banning Organic Food in the United States. No doubt Colorado & California will be leading the way on this, but it does not hurt to get the other States started on the initiative. Hopefully, with this legislation in place, restaurants like McDonalds will qualify for government subsidies as Solar Producers & Wind Farms do currently.

The faster we get planet killing Organic Food off the shelves, and big polluters like Whole Foods and local Health Food Stores closed down, the better. And if you are holding any Organic Food stocks in your portfolio, you should divest immediately! It is the ethical thing to do!

The folks that leftists call “experts” are actually useful idiots. I have seen multiple leftists telling the public that “experts say” that a border wall will not work. The fact is that where we have built walls along our southern border, illegal crossing are down ninety to ninety-five percent. Before Israel built their wall they had tens of thousands of illegal crossings every year, after the first year of the wall that number fell to eleven, and when they raised the wall a few more feet the number fell to zero.

Real experts know real facts, and don’t simply make them up.

    • -B- says:

The trouble with a wall in the USA we’re never sure if it is to keep others out or us in.

      • Gator says:

That makes zero sense. I am free to leave anytime I choose, same as all those that said they would leave if Trump was elected.

        • -B- says:

For now. If you do everything by their rules and all your i’s are dotted and t’s crossed. Otherwise you could run afoul of various laws with rather large financial penalties.

And if you leave and the taxes where you go are lower you still may have to pay fedgov or else. Until you renounce citizenship and pay the fees for that. Fees that have been increasing rather dramatically lately. And of course before you renounce you have to get citizenship elsewhere and depending on a person’s circumstances that could be very expensive too.

So why do you think it is made so financially difficult for US citizens to leave? Could it be they don’t want to let the tax donkeys out?

What happens when the government becomes so desperate to hold on to the tax donkeys it goes beyond today’s mere hassles? Sure that’s not now, but if they keep spending….

          • Gator says:

Still nothing keeping me from leaving. What color is the sky in your world, and why do you live there?

          • -B- says:

If you haven’t been paying attention to the financial barriers being erected to leaving over the last many years well believe what you want to believe. Nations in decline function in predictable ways. Sure you may always be able to leave but you may have to do so with only the clothes you’re wearing.

Walls ensure that you don’t leave with your assets. Most people could easily carry their net worth in gold or gems across a border that doesn’t have a wall.

          • Gator says:

I can leave anytime I wish, and take my assets with me. What color is your sky?

          • -B- says:

For now. If you play by their rules exactly.
See what happens when the ‘progressives’ inherit’ Trump’s wall and more.

          • spike55 says:

“Walls ensure that you don’t leave with your assets.”

‘The Greenland ice sheet is melting at its fastest rate in at least 400 years, new research suggests. And the melting is only speeding up.’

Sure. We know what Greenland’s melt rate was 200 years ago. And 300 years ago. And in 1618.

Chelsea Harvey must be real proud of her work.

  6. CD says:

Question: for the NASA graphs why does the unadjusted data stop at a certain point. It seems that for every data point there should be an both unadjusted and a properly or improperly adjusted value. Or, at least for the data, there should always be an unadjusted amount, and possibly an adjusted value if there is a basis to do so. What gives?

Did NASA stop revealing the raw data or ???

    • tonyheller says:

They probably are sitting right on top of each other

      • CD says:

Thanks for the quick response. I’m just trying to make sense of this. OK, that makes sense, except you would think that the moment of no adjustments would likely be in close proximity to each other for the two data sets. And they are clearly not. Why would the time periods for adjustments be so varied?

Also: The first graph has no gaps in unadjusted data until it disappears into the adjusted. In the second there is a gap in both the adjusted and unadjusted in the later period. So that means what? a station with no data?

  7. Aron says:

According to the DMI, the average accumulation (increase) in Greenland’s ice was about 285 billion tons, and the last couple years have been 350 billion + tons. Where is this melting?

    The full Goebbels quote;

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.
