     There’s something afoot
     My feet are in snow
     Even though we’re in summer
     It drifts to and fro
     It covers the mountains
     And dampens my feet
     With a stunning sangfroid
     How Gore’s minions do cheat
     They pull out all the stops
     And stop all the presses
     When a new climate forger
     With green climate guesses
     Makes all the ‘right’ warnings
     With all the ‘right’ data
     Whose dark implications
     Aren’t strictly pro rata.

     I know not the basis
     Of such strong delusion.
     I only know this
     That it grows in profusion
     And presses us on
     Where we’d rather not go
     Were it not for these “facts”
     And this mountain of snow.
     Once I’ve dried off my feet
     And warmed my calves well
     I should like to sit down
     that laureate of Nobel
     Brush all of the snow
     From the top of his head
     And make it quite clear
     How far up I’ve been fed
     By his mountain of lies
     And his climate of doom,
     By his fog of confusion,
     His cloud of burnt choom.

     This blizzard of fraud,
     This king tide of deceit,
     Is a cross we must bear
     As we beat a retreat
     From this massive error
     That persists in the minds
     Of many an ally
     Of erstwhile times
     That Earth is still warming
     And melting its ice
     And reducing its snow
     And increasing its feist
     And flooding our houses
     And killing our crops
     And striking with fury
     And pulling all stops.

     We know that misfortune
     We’ll meet on occasion
     Of this simple fact
     Not a one needs persuasion
     But with your snowy doctrine
     I’d say to that whore
     There is something afoot
     And we’ll take it no more!
