I think there was a news story just a few weeks ago where some huge glacier / iceberg .. and I mean incredibly huge…broke off from Antarctica… maybe about 7 years ago and it’s still intact and only a couple hundred miles away? I think so. this probably doesn’t need mentioning because us Tony Heller readers are above average in education, but… if and when that huge glacier that calved about 7 years ago melts, it won’t change sea level at all. the ferry boats of New York City will still dock at the same docks. we all know that freezing water expands as it freezes and melting ice shrinks in volume…. so no change in sea level
