With proper smoothing that becomes mild historical climate rather than “Noisy” weather. Some fail to realize that the so called noise in the historic records is the signal of extreme ranges than can be expected to occur naturally. Claiming climate is the average of weather over a “Long Period” displays an ignorance of real world conditions.
