Copy and paste the text below into a text editor (like notepad or wordpad.) Save it as file name “disable_caplsock.reg” in some directory which you will remember. Open up a windows explorer window in that directory and double click on “disable_capslock.reg” Answer yes to everything and then reboot your computer.

I never understood though why CapsLock wasn’t programmed to become active after Shift+CapsLock. Like in the good old days on an old-fashioned typewriter, when CO2 was still plantfood.

Shift+CapsLock works the same as pressing CapsLock (in Win 7). No code required.

Reboot? In OS X it is a simple option in System Preferences (Keyboard, Modifier Keys) that takes effect immediately.
How does that right click and scroll wheel work out for you on OS-X?
I use a mouse.. but even if I didn’t, scroll wheeling isn’t difficult.. right-clicking is..
