Answer : Yes, the White House has been giving guns to Mexican drug traffickers, and they are using the guns to kill US citizens. If a Republican president did this, he would face immediate impeachment. Not to mention the stonewalling and contempt of Congress.

When our Undocumented Worker-in-Chief announced that 90% of the guns used by Mexican drug runners were from the US, the ATF quickly countered that with the fact that the real proportion was 15%, with the vast majority of the weapons being from Russia—AK-47s are quite popular.
SO, now everybody is parroting the President and ignoring the ATF’s statistics and even claiming that the “90%” came from the ATF. At the time, the ATF was miffed by the President getting it so wrong in his effort to demonize the Mexican drug cartels AND the US gun industry.
