Record August cold headed for the eastern half of the US.
This is when they shift back to “the US is only 1.5% of the globe” mode, after spending the last few weeks telling us that it is 100% of the globe.

I just looked and the weather service has down graded the temperatures expected for the next seven days at my location.
I looked earlier today and the expected temperatures were warmer.

LOL.
I have just had effectively the same commemt from “accomplished weather historian” Christopher Burt
Do you really think Valley Head, Alabama, or the entire United States matters that much when talking about global temperature changes?

lol, they are going to cherry pick a warm spot over the globe this winter, because the US is going to be very cold this winter. Joe Bastardi also noted that the nino 1 and 2 regions are cooling which means it is a big signal to a cold winter.
When the US cools off, we will start hearing about record heat in Albania, or wherever.
