The summer of 1936 was much, much hotter than the summer of 2012. It is unfortunate that rewriting critical US history is not prosecuted as treason.

In August 1936, Kansas was close to 15 degrees hotter than August 2012. Any comparison between the two summers is delusional and idiotic.
I would expect there was delusional thinking around that time for “punishment” for “repealing prohibition”
