The Obama-aligned group Organizing for Action is once again attacking members of Congress for questioning the science behind global warming.
In an email to supporters, OFA Chair Jim Messina attacked House Speaker John Boehner and Republicans on the House Science Committee for their global warming views, claiming that the evidence shows that human produced carbon dioxide emissions is behind climate change.
“Break out the tin foil hats, folks,” Messina wrote. “As long as our members of Congress continue to develop their own theories behind climate change, we will fall further and further behind in our ability to make actual progress on this issue.”

The saying “one egg short of a dozen” applies. OFA is a letter short of OFAL – but in this case they are the same.
It takes a giant helping of chutzpah to lecture Republicans about a global warming problem that doesn’t exist. Where’s the warming? There hasn’t been any for at least 17 years, according to every major data set. Yet CO2 levels have risen during the same period. So where is the correlation between rising CO2 and global temperature? Answer: It doesn’t exist.
The only “deniers” are the eco-loons, politicians and scientists-turned-activists who ignore real-world temperature data, while refusing to acknowledge the dominant impact of natural forces — oceanic oscillations, solar activity and volcanism — on earth’s climate.
