Nepotism is hiring your own family. Obama isn’t related to any of these people. Nepotism is JFK appointing RFK as the US Attorney General.
A conflict of interest only becomes an execution of impropriety if one’s primary job is modified by a secondary interest. In this case, a sibling who is in an adversarial position is a very weak incentive to subvert one’s professional integrity. Anyone who assumes that this is the case must shoulder the greatest responsibility in providing evidence of such acts of impropriety, and not simply say that it is obvious that ABC and CBS are influenced by this conflict of interest since they are not supporting my conspiratorial beliefs.

The press is supposed to keep a political administration honest. You can’t hold an administration’s feet to the fire while your senior people are family members of senior members of that administration. Does anyone believe that a reporter would write something that could destroy the career of their spouse?

The revolving door between this administration and what passes for a national press corp is unprecedented. Michelle Malkin had an article on the incredible number of former “journalists” and the current administration. I find it interesting that every time one of these “news” media clowns get into trouble like a Mary Mapes, for example, we find out that they’re married to some Democrat honcho.
The corporate-controlled left-wing media will continue to protect the Anointed One. He is one of their own. And as we know, they, as ideologically pure “liberals,” are incapable of masking their undying hatred of individual liberty (preferring instead state-granted “collective rights”) and the market economy. They and their Marxist/fascist leader in the Oval Office are determined to destroy what’s left of our political and economic freedoms. Their prime directive is to parrot the leftist party line. Independent news gathering and reporting is frowned upon and punished.
