Jerry Brown is governor of a state which is doomed by catastrophic economic policies – tax and spend does NOT work, ever. But, governor Moonbeam keeps right on taxing and spending, while successful business flee the state (often going to Texas).
He will probably blame his self-made economic disaster (which is only getting worse) on sea level raises, too.
