US Government Says That “Saturated Flooded Ground” Is “Exceptional Drought”

The Washington DC based US Drought Monitor is out for the week, and shows northeastern New Mexico as “Exceptional Drought.”

Yesterday, the National Weather Service said that the ground in northeastern New Mexico was saturated, and issued a flash flood watch .

As far as I can tell, there is never any reason to trust anything the US Government says about climate.
