I’m not so sure that there are any such institutions left.
…I did not say TRULY responsible and authoritative…but by law and public expectation, yes, they are responsible for telling the truth and giving out authoritative information. And my comment SAYS there are no such institutions left, because they have all been suborned, to the point they refuse now to even tell the truth, choosing instead to aid and abet the criminal global warming racketeering of governments worldwide.
