It has to be said that the French and British did most of the bombing after the intiial onslaught by US cruise missiles in Libya.

The British parliament have said no this time around for bombing, strange considering in Libya they had not used chemical weapons … must be getting sick of getting involved.

How can a president of the US order a war against a sovereign nation which is not even at war with the US, not being impeached at the very minimum, and not being on trial for war crime ?
