CO2 Having No Influence on Antarctic Sea Ice
Sea ice data from UIUC shows that there has been no change in date of the Antarctic minimum, the date of the maximum, or the length of the Antarctic winter/summer.

Central Arctic Freezing Up Rapidly
The blink comparator shows changes in the ice near the North Pole at 87.5N 168.0E over the last four days. As you can see, all of the open water has frozen over. This causes area measurements to increase.
