CO2 As A Pollutant

The US Environmental Protection Agency is working hard to bypass our system of representative government. They understand that saving the world is indeed more important than letting the elected officials of one ignorant country block their critically important work. They understand that CO2 must be regulated as a pollutant under the Clean Air Act.

In order to help visualize the effects of CO2 as a pollutant, I created a blink comparator (below) to show just how much effect 390 ppm has on our air quality.

Look closely. No really closely.

Yo Steve, I blinked and missed it.

But my cabbages tell me that they quite like it.

Does it flip 180°? (or 360 as some of the alarmist in this country like to state)
