I don’t understand the relevance of this post. Are you suggesting that it is NASAs fault that China has the worlds fastest computer?
Supercomputing is driven by government science organisations.
So you are blaming NASA because China has a faster computer?
They also have the longest wall – must be the fault of government building organisations.
What if NASA was focused on keeping US technology #1?
NASA was created after Sputnik for *exactly* that reason.
I think if you look really hard into it you will fine that one of the letters in NASA stands for Space not Super computer, (can you guess which one?), which is why it might be relevant to Sputnik.
Some scientists use those newfangled computer gadgets now.
And apparently the Chinese scientists have the best one.
