Ok… then let’s wait until then. Then what?

    • jazznick says:

In 7.5 billion years I agree it will be getting a little warm as the sun expands
to engulf us, (or whatever we evolve into or are replaced by… – cue sinister music)
I would also expect AGWers to blame THAT on CO2 as well.

In the interim we have several Ice Ages to survive.
Just nature’s little way of taking the piss out of all of us !

    • PhilJourdan says:

I agree – if they are right (I do not think they will be), then we have time and reason to act.

if they are not (which I think is accurate), then we have saved trillions of dollars that can be used to feed the starving instead of euthanizing them (as is the ultimate goal of many alarmists).

  2. Mike Davis says:

I appreciate Dr Phil piling it higher and deeper because once the winds of reality hit the pile it will bury the CLB organization he belongs to.

  3. Malaga View says:

Our Phil must feel right at home with that style of reporting… spin the falsehoods… obscure the deceptions. A great example of why the MSM is dying… although dead seems to be more appropriate based upon the stink originating from that article… as Shakespear noted: Something is rotten in the state of Denmark Norfolk.

  4. truthsword says:

Does that mean if the ice doesn’t melt the AGWers will change their mind? Fair is fair.

    • Malaga View says:

But the ice will melt… it is due to the Artic PhotoShop Effect that airbrushes all known ice from the Northern Hemisphere but strangely leaves polar bear cubs stranded on floating lumps of, errrrrr, solid water…

  5. suyts says:

Lol, Phil and his idiocy have done more to further the cause of skeptics than anything else, and he’s still at it!

From the story, “Then Muir Russell was correct? Had Jones broken the spirit of the law? “Not necessarily, if you’ve deleted them ahead of time,” he says. “You can’t second guess what’s going to be requested.”

I’m not sure how the law reads in Britain, but in the U.S. if one deletes an e-mail in anticipation of a possible FOI request, it is a violation of law. Either his arrogance is beyond measure or he’s dumber than a box of rocks. I think both.

  6. Paul H says:

The trouble is he will be saying the same thing in 20 years time.

  7. Scarlet Pumpernickel says:

So if we go into an ice age soon, does he go to jail?

  8. Always in the future, eh Phil, one day we’ll be sorry.

  9. rw says:

Well, yes. When there’s some actual (i.e. uncooked) evidence, then skeptics will have some reason to take this stuff seriously. Can’t argue with that.
