Pierre Gosselin reports on extreme cold headed for Europe.
Hopefully there are still enough of Hansen’s “coal death trains” around to prevent too many people freezing to death this winter. Governments have been working hard to replace coal with imaginary energy sources.

If we get blackouts this winter, ministers may discover that domestic windmills can be fitted as a suppository.
Sit and spin anyone?
I hope so, I hate to sound this way, but I’m more concerned about a closer proximity than Europe. Here in the States, gas and propane prices are rising significantly, electricity has been steadily rising. Our infrastructure is aged. There is no disposable capital. More and more live on fixed incomes. A harsh winter here and we’re in trouble. Thank goodness we have all those “smart meters” getting installed. We’ve got to be able to appropriately bill our dying customers!
I think James Hansen has some kind of mental illness.
Greenpeace idiocy in Europe they extend to the Philippines and other developing countries in their bid to “save the planet”, http://funwithgovernment.blogspot.com/2010/11/greenpeace-alarism-and-anti-coal.html
I think James Hansen and others believe that lower class humans are a disease on the earth. They will be quite content if lower income types are killed off by those lower temps. They WON’T be so happy to find that the robust economy that paid THEIR inflated salaries also disappears and they become members of that lower income class that dies off!!!
