For years, scientists have recorded the gradual march of plants and animals up mountain slopes and toward higher latitudes as global warming has forced them to chase their climatic comfort zones.
A new study suggests that for plants, however, a warming climate can send them downhill as well
I have serious doubts that a few degrees makes that much difference.
Water, makes all the difference.
In the end it will be the Sun all along.
One degree F for 250 feet elevation.
LOL
meaningless number
No it isn’t. That is the lapse rate.
I wonder how mentally free people who really believe everything is global warming are? They are in a Matrix.
No they are the matrix! HAHAHA, sorry couldn’t help it! HAHA!
I think that matrix is larger, including class warfare that says lower classes of people are entitled to other peoples money, demonizing eating certain foods like butter and eggs, people thinking the government is smarter than them and can save them, treating women that want to stay home and be happy homemakers as lesser women than those that don’t, etc.
No arguement from me there. You summed it up pretty good.
You know how I know that we are not in the matrix? Well, because arguments and the science supporting Agw would be much stronger!
Well, that is unless we are in the matrix and they are intentionally making weak arguments and poor science for AGW! Damn it!!
Either way, the arguments and the science for AGW are pretty weak
No Ma(d-ha)tter What Happens, It Is Due To Global Warming.
It’s probably just me!
It’s quite simple really.
Once the trees have walked upto the top of hill, they can only go down again. You cannot expect them to stay at the top in the freezing cold.
These guys apparently did not consider that the plants were simply reoccupying areas where they had been removed by man and/or that increased CO2 levels make most plants able to handle a wider range of conditions allowing them to expand their area of growth. AGW bias appears to be locked in.
