   Question: Do you believe a presidential candidate’s stance on global warming, both past and present, is a solid litmus test for culling candidates? I do. It’s definitely one that does not allow for flip flopping. Pawlenty, Ginrich, and Huckabee are all disqualified as far as I’m concerned. The “settled science” hasn’t changed in years, so none of them can claim circumstances changed. Its a proxy for a candidate’s ability to detect bullshit. If they thought they were simply going with the flow and taking a moderate position, all the worse. They should have recognized CAGW for the repugnant ideology it represents and had the balls to say so.

     Yep. But, then I’ve several litmus tests. I find myself often writing in my brothers or some such. I determined many years ago to quit voting for the lesser of two evils.

   Sarah has my full support if for no other reason than she drives the lunatics crazy! Given the gestapo like tactics used against anyone who says “boo” to Obama, should she be elected that that continue – a lot of crazy people would be removed from the streets. Making them, and the rest of us, a lot safer.
