‘Bend it like Beckham’ became the first western movie to be aired on North Korean TV, a nation known to revere football.
That is interesting. The movie was about a couple of London girls who want to move to the US to play soccer. I saw it at a theatre in Soho in 2002 , about a year before it made it to the US.
oooh you’ve deleted your post about Chelsea 🙁
is this editing like “RealClimate” 😮
Are you going to start a new blog called “RealPremiership” 🙂
I haven’t deleted any posts.
Just realised that my post on Chelsea was about how they had a nine point lead in October and now could go nine points behind.
I hope your not doing your own “Hide the decline” 😀
What the blumin ‘eck would Spurs want with a ‘been there done that’ part time men’s ‘toilet water’ salesman?
Who plays ‘Sunday league’ in the colonies………..
Stuff of nonsense:>))
Seriously though Steve (are you a Spurs fan?) what would Harry do with him – it is said Mr Levy, wants to shift some footy gear?????????????
BTW, Bolton will finish higher than Chelsea.
Not if the referee can help it.
With a bit of luck, he may be able to teach Aaron Lennon how to cross the ball.
