Wow. 115°C. Clearly that reporter was suffering heatstroke or spontaneous evaporation! (yeah I know, no metric yet).
It must drive some people crazy though to have these gigantic non-Celsius numbers burned forever in the historical records.
Tell you what, I’ve seen 115°F in Las Vegas, and I will take it now, in a heartbeat!
