I was out riding my bike earlier this evening on snow in 14F weather, all bundled up with a scarf over my face. Suddenly I became aware of my warm breath under the scarf and realized that I was emitting CO2 – which is making the ice melt and causing the world to overheat. This hurts the bears.
So I thought to myself – wouldn’t it just be better if all people stopped breathing and saved those cute bears?
How many PPM do we need to sustain plant life?
I can’t find the source right now, but for plant life as we know it, I’ve seen the quote at or around 200 ppm.
Most of the time the world has been over 1000ppm I think, this is a low period
depends on the plant, most plants show a marked reduction in growth around 250 ppm..
…some plants grow so slowly, that it’s hard to tell
…which brings up the argument that CO2 levels have been too low ever since we started measuring
Similar to the ozone layer. We started measuring, found a hole and wet ourselves thinking we did something.

Ice cap, we start measuring it at an all time high, it decreases, we wet ourselves thinking we did something.
You know….
The bigger question is why were CO2 levels so high,
what made them drop so low…
..and why have they stayed so low
The easy answer is it is inhibiting growth…

At one time I was offering a CO2 Abatement devise to concerned citizens to do their part in reducing CO2 in the atmosphere! A plastic bag over the head will “Abate” your personal CO2 emissions! For our GREEN Friends!!!
