I thought climate scientists didn’t like it when lawyers got involved …… especially if they cross examine their science.
What they are producing does not fit the legal definition of science!

James Hansen is lost in a fantasy.
Funny…. he wants a trial for Oil execs… for what? Supplying a hungry economy with a vital commodity?
It’s his own trial that needs to be held. He is the one who lied and disinformed, and attempted to bankrupt the economy. Hard to find a bigger crime than high treason.
His words may come back to haunt him as he is put on trial.
