The jobs on the chopping block: White House-appointed advisers on health care, energy and climate, green jobs, urban affairs, the closure of the Guantanamo Bay detention center, oversight of TARP executive compensation, diversity at the Federal Communications Commission and the auto industry manufacturing policy.

It’s great to have Congress eliminating most of this garbage, but why would they not want oversight of TARP executive compensation?
They probably want “Real” oversight, not just in name only.
Obama still has many billions to squander. He has Omnibus, and porkulus funds as well as leftover Tarp and the “protection” funds paid by BP.
