Summer Of 1934 : Five Million Americans Faced Starvation From Drought – CO2 At A Safe 309 ppm

I think most of the people here find these old newspaper links quite boring.
I’d be impressed if you actually went to a library and dug it all up but it seems Google has a tool you seem overly fond of using.
Andy
ZZZZZzzzzzz…..
Andy, why is the library better than Google? Would it render better than Google? Are you positing it is less factual? What? He’s simply posting old news articles. He’s giving us a glimpse into the past. What was happening and what was important to people then. Steve going to the library to do the same thing would make it different how?
BTW, no, I don’t find them boring. I find them revealing, as does anyone that wanders by. Does it bother you that the same things were happening then are happening now? Does it bother you that people understood weather happens? Does it bother you that Steve is showing truth? This is what the paper said back in 1934. I like it. What is it that you think is wrong with Steve posting historical truth? Over and over again.
Personally, for me it isn’t necessary. Ecclesiastes tells us there is nothing new under the sun. Turns out, its true!
Mr. Cook?? Can you help me with this one? I’m finding a paradox! Mr. Cook? Help!!!! This can’t be!!!
OT
Steve,
I was doing some archive searching at WUWT on Arctic issues and in this guest post you commented on GISS Arctic temperature records. Look at the graph you originally posted and compare to what it is now at GISS. WUWT??

The record low Arctic Oscillation in 2010 kept western Greenland above normal much of the year.
I’m also wondering why KNMI has the data cut off at ~1990??

Yours Truly, FDR
uhmmmmm, (grrrrr)
Yours Truly, 350.org
There’s another religious movement, “I only eat locally produced food.” All fine and dandy until the weather doesn’t cooperate, then we have to rely on those evil trucks transporting food on those evil highways from somewhere else. Thank God we live in a time where our eggs are not all in one basket.
The inept Roosevelt govt. slaughtered millions of pigs in order to stabalize prices and people starved because of that.
