Experts say that hurricanes are getting more intense due to increasing CO2. At some point they may even become as intense as they were 75 years ago, when CO2 was 310 ppm.

    Those were happy hurricanes back then, in perfect harmony with nature, with less input from evil straight, white males.

    Amazing article.

    It states that 36 of them were WWI veterans (note the terminology: World War veterans) who died while still in rehabilitation, 20 years later. They survived the Great War and the wicked Influenza only to perish at home recovering from their service. How very sad.

    Although 75 years too late, I salute them all.
