  1. Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

    OT

    but important

a second explosion, morning in Japan now

    first video

    • Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

The video may be in slow motion because it takes 9 seconds after the explosion for large pieces of debris to be seen falling back down. If that is regular speed it must have been a huge explosion.

  2. Edward says:

A Democrat Senator, representing California [oh Shit!!]……….. well whatever she says……………… .

    [manic laughter]

  3. Chuck L says:

Yet, the People of California keep (re-)electing these buffoons.

  4. suyts says:

“Carbon [dioxide] pollution is dangerous. The co-contaminants that go along with it are very dangerous,” she said.

CO2……yes very dangerous, lol….oh noooss!!! CO2 is getting released all over the office…..what can I do?

    What is a co-containment of CO2?

  5. Mike Davis says:

Today is a day of mourning in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia! I just learned one of their most famous contributes to the climate science community died yesterday!

      from your link:
“…He emigrated to the tropical Australian state of Queensland in the early 1980s, apparently fearful of a new ice age…”

  6. R. de Haan says:

Amin Acid in Meteorites and scarlet pumpernickel, have a read at this:
    Fukushima for Dummies

  7. nofreewind says:

    But it’s worth it!
    http://wattsupwiththat.com/2011/03/13/how-much-would-you-buy/#more-35859

In rulemaking documents from April 2010, the EPA writes, “Based on the reanalysis the results for projected atmospheric CO2 concentrations are estimated to be reduced by an average of 2.9 ppm [parts per million] (previously 3.0 ppm), global mean temperature is estimated to by reduced by 0.006 to 0.0015 ?C by 2100.”
At a cost of 7 trillion dollars.

  8. suyts says:

Way OT, but I’ve just read the best rant ever!

    Smokey smoked that one!

    • Sparks says:

That blog gives me the creeps, why would someone like that “smokey” person even visit it?

      • suyts says:

IDK why Smokey would, but he’s usually pretty spot on in his comments. I do similar things when I feel like firing up the natives. But, it gets more and more difficult to find places that allow comments such as that go through.
I’m assuming he’s the same Smokey that frequents WUWT. I just ran across it and thought it interesting.

    • Blade says:

      “Smokey smoked that one!”

Yes he did! That’s gonna leave a mark.

How the hell did you (and him) stumble on that little slimatology blog?

  9. Hal says:

An American tragedy continues…… California fails to boot Babs Boxer from the Senate, and the rest of us in the US suffer. (Although her comments are still funnier than most comic strips.)

  10. Andy Weiss says:

We desperately need a 3rd political party. The two we have are completely disconnected from the average person.
