Actually the Met is far less courageous. They predict in the following manner…
3/10 chance cooler than normal
4/10 chance same as normal
3/10 chance warmer than normal
Then they ask for a few tens of millions more for new computers to improve their accuracy lol
The Met doesn’t make predictions, remember?
NOAA is saying if their budget is cut we will not have their “Accurate” Predictions to rely on! 😉

The reason these agencies forecast ‘warmer’ is because they have input their assumptions about global warming into their supercomputers and get the results from their biased input. GIGO?
This is going to be a tough year for these computer gamers.
