Their forecast for a warm winter December 2010 – February 2011. No place below normal. Hot in Michigan.

    NOAA is saying if their budget is cut we will not have their “Accurate” Predictions to rely on! 😉

    The reason these agencies forecast ‘warmer’ is because they have input their assumptions about global warming into their supercomputers and get the results from their biased input. GIGO?

    This is going to be a tough year for these computer gamers.
