… first Golden Eagle death reported in Washington …
I smell a coverup. Folks up in the great NW should try out some FOIA requests and see what shakes loose. There are lots of indications that these environmentally friendly devices are nothing more than giant cuisinarts. We should demand webcams on every one of the damned things.
Perhaps we should employ some left-wing propaganda now, like their polar bear ads and expose kids in elementary school to mangled Eagle and Condor photos. “Daddy, the windmill killed tweety! Make them stop! Waaa!”
Liberals won’t care about this at all though, not until Windmills start to take down things that they care about, like oh, private Gulfstream jets.
The problem with Webcams is they use energy and some of the turbines do not create enough energy to maintain their own controls let alone extra for a camera.
Wind farms and Solar farms are some of the most environmentally destructive creations yet.

Nice to see that Jess has a sense of humor about all of the bird deaths.
For anyone interested in this there is a lot of info on bird kills at the Iberica 2000 website

The annihilation of raptors by wind turbines is truly heartbreaking
