That’s just a tad in poor taste, I’m thinkin’.
I agree that dropping nuclear bombs and napalm on civilians is in poor taste.
Mike, pointing out the tenacity of a people is worthwhile, in my estimation. It is a trait worth emulating, too.
The fire bombing of Tokyo was planned for a windy day, just like the raid at Waco. In both cases the desired results (massive casualties) took place.
Japan was rebuilt by U.S. and U.S. Funds after WWII.

Japan has introduced Half a trillion dollars into the money supply in this past week to prevent collapse of the Yen and their stock-market.
Things will be very glum in the Japanese economy for a while
