Joshua Trees Plan To Respond To Climate Model Forecasts

They say, that the trees seeds are spread by squirrels and other rodents..
..and that those rodents can only spread the seeds 6 feet per year
I didn’t realize that grants for climate studies were limited only for people with massive brain damage
So they admit there was sudden climate warming in the past. And apparently the Joshua trees managed to move back into their current growth area after things cooled down. Plants can adapt. So what’s the problem?
These computer games are awesome. Can I play next?
Yeah 6000 years ago it was 4 degrees warmer, how did the tree survive then? I have one in my garden in another country and it’s regularly 45degrees C and it’s going just fine!
Temperatures in California only vary by about 140 degrees F during the year.
