Antarctic geology has still some way to go…some mountain ranges according to current theories shouldn’t even be there …
With Antarctica being such a “Small” Continent, larger than North America, I think we should move the members of the Chicken Little Brigade there in preparation Global Warming. If all the warmists and luke warmers relocated then the rest of the planet could carry on with business as usual. It would be necessary for the new occupants of the continent to produce what they needed to exist because everyone else would be attempting to recover from the decline caused by the ECO Whackos!
At Dec. 14th. 2009 the average temperature at the McMurdo base in Antarctica was -1 °C.

YES, if it all ever melted there would be serious consequences. But I still want to see someone make a serious estimate on what it would take to melt it all. Anomalies of +10 C for 1000 years? More than that?
