It was -40 in Saschatchewan this morning and close to -40 down to central Ontario. Incredible cold for March.
As a resident of Canada, dare I call myself Canadian after 30 years?, I may say that this winter in Ottawa has been fairly mild, although NOT warm. In other parts, and not lets forget the ginormous size of Canada, it has been both warmer and colder.
Steve only mentions it when it is cold. That’s why he is not mentioning the Russian side for the next week 😉

Nonsense.
