public recycling is “stupidity training”. just the beginners program.
save all your recyclables, pile them up on your curb at the end of the year, and no one would take them. why? cause they are worthless. it would cost more to take them away to the recycling center than they would get for their trouble. costs more than they are worth because it take more energy and materials (aka cost) to recycle them than to make something new. but who care, this is a good way to get people to feel good about doing stupid things.
I sometimes wonder how many stupid laws it takes to make people move to other countries.
Having highlander blood on both sides of my family, I am appalled at the Country of my Gr. Grandma’s birth. They gave the world some of our best brains, Watt, Bell, Menzies,Fleming et. al. Now they worry about how many CO2 molecules can dance on the Head of a pin….
The eco-fad creates plenty of busywork! We now have 4 different garbage trucks servicing our condo, we used to have one. Of course, all these extra garbage trucks must put more dreadful CO2 in the air than their idiotic recyling schemes are taking away.
Please enough already this stuff is not funny anymore
