“The current weather conditions are due to the La Niña weather pattern,” said Travis Miller, professor, associate head and extension program leader for the Soil and Crop Sciences Department.
“We should all be concerned with climate change. While we cannot blame any specific incident on climate change, we should be reminded of its relentless, gradual march,” said Jerry North, professor of atmospheric sciences.
