Global Warming Book Explains That Venus Is Hot Because Of Too Much Water Vapour

Venus has magical properties and its own set of unique physical laws. No education, knowledge (or the ability to think rationally) is required to write a global warming textbook.

There’s much magic in this climatology! First, CO2 has magical properties. Venus also has magical powers, and now its coming to light that H2O has magical changling powers!! Could it be that H2O was our enemy all along and we were all fooled by its shape-shifting powers?

    • Apparently on Venus, this non-existent H2O which dominates their atmosphere chose not to form clouds and reflect sunlight.

      • suyts says:

        Devious molecules! They’re taunting us!!

      • Phil. says:

Revealing yet again your failure to understand the phase diagram.

      • RobbCab says:

But Steve, you don’t understand. Venus likely had oceans about a billion years ago, just like earth, and all the CO2 caused them to evaporate putting all the probable water vapor into the atmosphere which in turn increased the greenhouse effect and heated the planet out of control. Forget that all of that water has been broken into seperate H & O molecules and blown away into outter space. Now all that’s needed is a paltry 20ppm (that’s 0.0020% folks) of water vapor to keep the green house effect in place in perpetuity.

Forget that Venus is 30% closer to the sun & has no magnetic field to divert solar winds.

Or that the atmospheric pressure is 90+ times that of Earth.

        That’s all nonsense!

It’s the 20 ppm of water vapor you rube!

        • You obviously haven’t read anything I have written about Venus. But thanks for the pointless drive by.

        • I get it. Never mind…..

        LOL Steve!

I think this is the second or third time I’ve been a little too convincing in my sarcasm here.

I guess sounding as incoherent as most alarmists is too easy!

If you are having a pop at RobbCab, your sarcasm detector might be out of battery….

      Thanks for the backup Anything.

But I can’t really blame Steve. Without the /sarc tag it does sound a lot like a rant from one of Romm’s minions. Though I doubt they know all those the actual facts about Venus.
