Rick Perry doesn’t need to campaign. He can win without working for it. Three days of prayer should cinch it for him. I am sure it will work as well as the three days of prayer worded to end the drought in Texas. Why would he actually want to come up with any man-made solutions or be pr;o-active when kneeling and bowing his head is the answer?
