In 2008, Democrats picked a senile old guy to run against their completely unqualified community organizer. Republican sheeple allowed this happen, being easily brainwashed by the left-wing media.
The 2012 race is starting out the same way, with Republicans seemingly determined to select a moderate candidate who can’t win. They wouldn’t want to offend Tina Fey after all.
I had a Palin 2012 sticker on my car before the 2008 election. I’d love to see a couple of tough Republican women on the ticket, since most of the male Republican leadership appears to be emasculated.
Another possibility is Paul Ryan, who is very articulate, smart – and appears to have an active supply of testosterone. And unlike the current occupant of the White House, he actually wants America to survive.

I love Sarah Palin, but I am afraid a conservative cannot win because they will split the vote between the conservatives and moderates and I think the Independent vote mostly originated from the Republican Party, but left because the party was being taken over by the ultra conservatives. Be careful here because Palin may be the kiss of death in terms of a chance to win in 2012.
That’s just what they want you to think.
Screw moderates. I’d rather have someone with a thing I like to call “convictions”. Today moderate means a halfhearted, halfwitted belief that we should continue down this path of insanity.
I say, draw a line and stand for something.
Yes, but Paul Ryan might actually cut programs. No politician can survive either raising taxes or cutting entitlements. As a result, sooner or later, the economy will go into a real death spiral.
Sooner
Unfortunately that is a death spiral that is going to happen.
Cantor nudges Rep. Ryan to jump into 2012 White House race
House Majority Leader Eric Cantor responded immediately when asked Monday whether Ryan, a rising GOP star and author of the party’s official budget plan, should run for the White House in 2012.
“Sure,” Cantor said. “Paul’s about real leadership. ”

Paul Ryan needs to stay right where he is, he’s too valuable. The real nominee hasn’t declared yet.
I’m betting on Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who’s told His Wholly Reluctance God/King Obamandias and his minions in the EPA and Justice Departments to GTFO on multiple occasions.
I agree. Perry. Best chance to win and he’s thinking about it.

LOL
What about Cain?
Herman Cain is a name mentioned but who is he? Canadian asking.
He’s a very successful businessman.
I don’t think he could win because he won’t look serious enough to the swing vote in the middle of the demographics.
Bachmann 2012?
Michele Bachmann, tougher than any male in the Republican Party

My God, I think I love her. I do.
But beside that, Palin/Bachman would be a powerful ticket. The left would go apocalyptic over it. They would be spitting so much venom, we’d have to wage all out (political) war. Question is: Have they/Can they make enough of THEIR vomit stick to her? But if we could elect those two, it would be a happy happy happy day. The Wailing and Gnashing of teeth would be amusing. And they would probably do quite well.
Bachmann/Palin
Bachmann/Giuliani
I’d take either, the latter is better for me.
But we’ll probably get Romney/Pawlenty. Does anyone else feel the urge to yawn?
The Republicans could do worse than Rep McCotter:

maim and lame
I agree – Republican women are looking awfully good (and their looks are great too). We can hope. After all, the democrats picked Dole and McCain. let’s get a governor now (let Bachman be VP).
