1936 Heat Wave Killed 12,000 People In One Week
This entry was posted in Uncategorized. Bookmark the permalink.

Despite the hockey stick and countless billions spent on global warming research, the 1936 records have been quite safe in recent years.
But unlike the 2010 Moscow heat wave, the 1936 heat wave was definitely just weather and not climate.
Back in the 30’s people were concerned with economic depression and facism in Europe. Now that we have more tax-payer dollars to waste and all this freedom to waste said dollars, climatologists are analyzing every square inch of the globe, looking for “evidence” of climate change while completely ignoring the past. Thankfully there are people like Steve Goddard who put all this stupidity into an historical context. Keep it up Steve … it is precisely because of the historical evidence that you unearth that I come here more than all the other climate blogs I visit combined.
Man, what a terribly *huge* number!
