Please, no more McCains, Romneys, Gingrichs …… This country has compromised itself far too much already.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Once upon a time Newt was more bad ass:
“When evil people tell you they want to do evil things, the safest thing is to believe them and that means this is war to the end: One side will win, one side will lose. And I have a very clear sense, I pick we win, they lose.”
“We must replace the welfare state with an opportunity society.”
Yes, he used to be. Too many years in Washington corrupted him. Its just one of many sad examples of what happens to people that spend too much time in that cesspool.
NikfromNYC – I was going to make the same observation.
But Newt 2011 is not Newt “once upon a time”. Sadly.
Compromise with liberals means doing exactly what they want to do. Other wise you are hindering negotiations. Give an inch and they expect 100 miles.
Perry is right. Let’s see if he understands the vilification he will receive when he stands up to the left/media. I like Perry, he’s always picking a fight with the feds. It’s a favorite pastime for Texans. But, what happens if Perry becomes the one he fights against. ————— “He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you.”—– Friedrich Nietzsche
Sorry, but I don’t trust Rick Perry. He will likely be in favor of illegal alien amnesty.
I like Perry’s views but he sounds like Bush on an Ambien and a fat line of coke.
Romney is being shoved down our throats by the Establishment.
Palin has the best combination of A) correct conservative stances B) a genuine dislike of the Left and the Mainstream Media and C) a willingness to try all sorts of new media strategies. Bonus points for frightening the Republican establishment and being the object of Palin Derangement Syndrome. No one on the planet drives the Left more insane than Sarah. Plus, she got a purty mouth.
I like Sarah Palin as a person too. But I’d much rather see Michele Bachmann as President. She has more depth and substance. She is on a level all her own.
The more conservatives that get in the race, the more they will divide the conservative vote. That will pave the way for the establishment puppet (Romney) to get ramrodded in as the candidate.
Rick Perry looks like another chameleon IMO. His waffling on illegals is well documented.
