The normal ice area is represented by green and measures 10,201 pixels. The excess sea ice area is represented by blue, and measures 5,127 pixels. Bering Sea ice area has averaged 50% above normal this winter.
In October, The Christian Science Monitor warned us that missing Bering Sea ice threatens Alaska.

Even the Christian Science Monitor can’t predict things. That’s the problem with weather/climate and just compare it with gambling. Just because you get right sometimes doesn’t mean you get it right all the time. Any trend can be broken.
I predict a cooling period is coming like the 70’s or worse and I have a better change to win as Earth is a cold planet with short periods of warming. The odds are on my side.
I take it like George Carlin who says that man kind is a surface nuisance.The planet is doing fine!
