Prof. Ottinger, a former *law professor* and member of congress, regards Andy Revkin’s failure to suppress (scientific) dissent to be a crime of the highest national security order, huh.
With dissent from fashionable and delusional orthodoxy no longer tolerated within American colleges and universities, it is perhaps to be expected that a 21st century American University law professor would assert that the First Amendment has become an impediment to our survival.
McCarthy era lessons need to be relearned apparently, most especially by American Universities and their law professors.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Another lawyer Obama is now altering the past. Lawyers are even less trustworthy than Jiames Hansen. 🙂
