I particularly like this heart rending piece

And here where EU subsidies – generated by taxing people and then spending the money on ideological whims – are spent on projects known to be marginal

Those Cairngorm Campaigners need to get out more. Most European ski resorts run many of their lifts in the summer to get walkers, climbers, bikers, parapenters and tourists up to the top of the mountain. You can hardly get on the Aiguille du Midi cable car in the summer for people going up there to walk, climb, and camp on the Mont Blanc glaciers.

Today’s (18 May) UK’s Daily Telegraph says “Britain colder than Arctic and Antarctic with just two weeks until summer” Methinks they protest too much…

But the idea of “Olympics, from July 27 to August 12, will start at the end of a week’s rain”
may get the idea through to many that the world is not warming – certainly Britain is not.
