Neville Nicholls, Australian climate scientist, presents data showing the relationships of La Ninas and flooding rains in eastern Australia, going back to 1900.
This science is so well established that even non experts like myself can check the Southern Oscillation Index and conclude months before it happens, that there will be a much higher probability of flood in Northern Australia. Which is what I did, and which is what happened. Nonetheless, fools come along and declare it’s all due to AGW… amazing.
Nice find Steve. Highly bookmarkable.
And Grafton’s biggest flood .. March 12 1890 !
