These morons are incapable of distinguishing between CO2 and climate – possibly the stupidest group of people in human history.
A more sensible interpretation is : despite rapidly rising CO2 emissions (above scenario A) global temperatures have been constant for 15 years. This indicates that CO2 sensitivity is zero, and James Hansen needs to be retired.
Only retirement is not enough. James Hansen and his AWG colleagues should be made repaying the salary and research money they have got, but grossly misused for ‚ideologically motivated’ research.
I’m for sequestering them so their nonsense does no longer damage the atmosphere.
I want prosecution.
It’s not about how much CO2 is in the atmosphere, it’s all about how much climate sin we commit.

I assume this just means another adjustment to the temperature record. Make the past even colder, and the present even warmer to match the CO2 increase.

I think the leftists, Greenpeace and warmist scientists have conditioned each other so much that mentioning CO2 and Climate Change in the same sentence suffices to create a “The End Is Nigh” reflex. They are no more capable of applying logic, if they ever were.

Not sure what the relevance here is to China. We measure global CO2 and we know what this is. What particular countries emit or “hide” is a separate issue. CO2 in ppm is actually lower now than certain estimates made 20+ years ago, which seem to have underestimated the rate of emission increases. Speculatively this may be because CO2 residency time has been overestimated.
There junk is worse then aforementioned. They talk of CO2 and then show a hazy picture giving the impression that CO2 is somehow a visible, toxic pollutant
