Wow, I thought he had planned to do that in his first term. I assume he wants me to vote for him for this but I don’t want climate change stopped, so I won’t be voting for him. Sorry.

Obama can do and say what he likes, the Chinese are taking no interest whatever and are pouring out more and more CO2 to increase their industrial and forestry and agricultural production with extra CO2.
