Forbes says that human sacrifice affects the climate.
climate change is happening, it’s a problem and we ought to do something about it. What we ought to do about it is is impose that carbon tax: the $80 per tonne CO2 (actually, CO2-e) that the Stern Review recommended and then let the market work it out. In my native UK we already pay green taxes of about this amount: all we need to do is shift around the taxes we already pay.
iPads on a Plane and Why a Carbon Tax Would Solve Global Warming – Forbes
The Aztecs agreed.
What’s the name of that tax guy? Tim Worst of All?
So he says he already pays those taxes, and by continuing paying those taxes, he will solve a problem that his tax-paying didn’t solve already? And this is conclusively shown by the usage of iPads on a plane?
Maybe iPads make people dumb, like Twitter does.
In the article he switches from talking about something very sensible, weight saving in aircraft, to the totally irrational – his belief in ‘climate change’ and the need to tax emissions. He’s a totalitarian at heart, thinks he knows best and wants to control everyone.
When Al Gore and his Hollywood buddies start making serious sacrifices, it will be time to sit up and take notice. I wouldn’t hold my breath.
